Structure

The Glenthorne Group structure has three levels: The Shareholders; the Group Holding Company; and the operating companies.

The Shareholders

Glenthorne Group is privately owned; the shareholders are private individuals and acting Directors. They hold the shares and assets of the Group.

The Group

Glenthorne Group is the company established by the Shareholders as the holding vehicle for the Groups property assets, construction and management businesses.

Businesses within the Group

There are two main areas of business:

Direct investment and development through our various operating companies: These are the companies through which Glenthorne Group makes direct investments in real estate. Each has control over its own balance sheet and each is responsible for its own investment and development with guidance from the holding company.

Glenthorne Build, this is the Groups wholly owned construction business and carries out the vast majority of our construction activities.
